I help women reconnect with the profound wisdom and power of their body and heal emotional trauma stored within the memory of the body, especially hips. This trauma creates cellular imprints that disconnect us from the core of our being - female pelvis, the seat of feminine power, sensuality, sexuality, intuitive wisdom and connection to Life Force energy - Shakti ( Kundalini )
These imprints can show up as a patterns of difficulties in connection to the feelings and prioritising our needs, challenges in emotional and physical intimacy, difficulty. communicating our needs and desires, setting healthy boundaries. As well as doubting our intuition or feeling out of touch with our creative authentic expression and inner wisdom that guides us.
Through practices of somatic yogic tantra, tantric embodiment, deep self inquiry and powerful quantum activations , we can move beyond just understanding these patterns. We can release and clear the imprints of internalised shame, guilt and feelings of unworthiness and not being enough, suppressed anger and grief from our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
This transformative journey allows women to reconnect with intimacy and pleasure, embody self-love, self-worth and confidence, come back to wholeness of their instinctual nature and thrive in their feminine essence.
The past decade of my life has been a profound journey - one marked by turbulence, challenges, healing and deep transformation. It began with my initiation into motherhood-a tough labor, a prolapse, misaligned pelvis and childbirth trauma.
This experience left me feeling disconnected from my feminine nature, may body, sensuality, sexuality, intimacy and sense of self-worth. It was the beginning of my healing journey.
Along the way, I navigated heartbreak, infidelity, and dissolution of a ten-year marriage, stepping into the world of single parenting. I also faced the complexities of becoming British citizen while holding the weight of the war in Ukraine , where my entire family still lives. This period of my life became a deep dive into self-enquiry, self-mastery and healing. I embarked on the journey to reclaim my sacred feminine nature, rediscover self-love, self-worth and empowerment. My path led me to divine feminine teachings, yoga, embodiment practices, somatic work with women, meeting my beloved, blending our families (with two children between us), and co-creating sacred spaces together.
I studied various modalities, completed programs, workshops and trainings, attained certifications, to support this journey.
Now, I offer Feminine Somatic Embodiment teachings to the world, guiding other women in reclaiming their feminine power, sensuality, sexuality, creativity, and self-worth, helping them to thrive in their feminine essence.
As a Divine feminine teacher, I trained and certified under Kaia Ra, the best selling author of The Sophia Code. I learnt how to facilitate a powerful energetic container, creating a space of emotional safety, crystalline clarity for sovereign self-enquiry and activation of the Divine genome within.
Part of this journey is the process of activating The Sophia Code within you - a Crystalline Light Body Technology that carries every wholly quality of Sophia ( Ancient name for Cosmic mother, Creatrix of all life).
